DIY Tie Hanger
I made Brian this tie hanger for Father's Day - he loves it!
[Update: Two years into use and it's still going strong!]
Materials:
-small sheet of MDF
-wooden pegs
-paint
-stamp, stencil or painter's tape
-wood glue
-jigsaw
-drill
Mini DIY Explanation:
I just kind of eyeballed the proportions that I wanted and used a nice big ruler to sketch it out on the wood before I started cutting.
Cut it out, sanded the edges, drilled in the holes.
Painted it colour #1, stamped with colour #2.
Glued the pegs in.
Voila!
I have been looking for something to make like this for my husbands ties. this is adorable. I will have to copy you.
